Nedra has been teaching and selling woodburning tools and supplies

Nedra is frequently contacted by suppliers and manufacturers to sell their
products but she is very particular about who our company represents. The
companies we do business with are only those who we feel meet our standards in
excellence.
We have the largest inventory of

woodburning starter kits with everything you need and the widest choice of options.
Our
kits are now available for Colwood and Razertip woodburners.
Razertip has worked closely with Nedra and made many pens for her based on her specifications
including the HD5MP, HD5MSP, #14D, #9P, and the #99 ball stylus pens.
Colwood has also worked closely with Nedra to create the E45, E45S; 5 XS, S, M
and refined the polish on the tips to her specifications.

Please keep in mind that we are
not always in the office and we are on mountain time zone, so please leave a
message and if possible an email address so we can contact you. If you are
calling to place an order, please email us with all your information, including
name, address and phone number along with a list of what you want to order.
We will total the merchandise you are ordering, calculate the shipping based on
where it is going and email you an invoice (or call if you do not have access to
internet) as quickly as possible.
We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we promise to ship your order
as quickly as possible.
Shipping Information
We ship 98% of our orders within 1 - 2
days! It is our goal to ship
orders within 1-2 days of receiving them...when we receive proper shipping
address and phone number. Delays may occur when paid by an "echeck" that
must clear through pay pal, we have to obtain phone
numbers for shipping or if we are out of town at a show. If there will be
a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping charges are calculated
upon checkout.
Most orders are
shipped FedEx Ground. We must have a physical address.
Smaller orders (such as pens,
patterns
and books) will ship out by USPS. If you need expedited shipping
services please let us know what you want to order and we will let you know the
cost for shipping and we can bill your order directly through pay pal
NOTE! we MUST have your telephone number
FOR SHIPPING.
We do not give your information
away or use it for any purpose other than contacting you in case of problems
with your order and for shipping purposes. FedEx requires phone numbers
for all orders shipped so they can contact you if there is a problem delivering
your order.
Incorrect addresses
Please be sure that your
address is correct when placing your order. If the address is
incorrect and it is due to you providing the wrong address there will be a
$10.00 charge incurred by FedEx which will be passed on to you.
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii
All orders processed online will
be shipped by parcel post which could take up to 2 weeks. If you prefer to
have expedited shipping by Priority mail or FedEx please email us your order and
tell us your shipping preferences and we will bill you directly through pay pal.
International orders
Please do NOT order online. If you life outside the USA
please contact us directly to order. We
will try to assist you with processing your order in the most economical way.
Orders will normally be shipped by the USPS global mail. If you wish to
have the ability to have tracking for your order we can ship by Express mail.
Please email us your order and we will give you a price quote on your order.
Our back order
policy
We try to keep our
inventory well stocked, but it is not always possible, especially during the
holiday season. When we are low on
an item or out of stock we will post a notice on our website to contact us before ordering
and when it might be available.
We do not ship backorders separate. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will make an attempt to
contact you to see if you wish to wait until the item is received, accept a
substitute or cancel the order.

"First, I got you - Nedra - on the phone. How about that for public
relations!? Then you took time out to find out what type of work I did
and suggested #HD5MSP medium small bent spear shader (since I like to work
with fine detail). But I couldn't help but think, will it stand up to my
expectations? I thought of the most detailed design I could think of, and
when the pen arrived I put it to work.
WOW! Was I blown away! It fit so nice in my hand and quickly I noticed
how there is no such thing as hard to reach places. Amazing! Plus, you
