Unlike any other woodburner Razertip offers this warranty: If any Razertip product fails to operate properly for any reason during its warranty period, Razertip Industries, Inc. will, at Razertip's discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the consumer, provided the product is returned prepaid to Razertip Industries Inc. Notice about Razertip pens on other pyrography systems: The photo below shows the Razertip Standard (top) and Heavy-Duty (below) pens. Their connection is different than most other brands so be sure you have a compatible cord if you are using Razertip pens on another brand's power unit. The handle on both of these pens are vented to allow air flow so the pens stay cooler. Compatible cords for use with other brands of burners are available on the Razertip main page.
Shipping Information on Razertip Orders Outside the USA
I no longer ship outside the USA. If you wish to order, please contact me directly to see if I can have your order drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. I can arrange drop shipment of all Razertip products to most countries outside the USA as long as there is no Razertip dealer in that country. You will receive the same discounts I offer on my website. Just email your order along with your shipping address, phone number and let me know if you have 110v or 220v. I will get a quote on the price of the burner (if other than 110v) and shipping.

Excess Shipping on Small Items

#RTF71.04 - Wide-Groove Detail Tip 4mm Also Known as: "V" Tip IN STOCK NOW! The steel blade holds heat beautifully and gives a wide groove texture. Even wider than Series 17 tips, these tips have a steel blade welded onto the end. They can burn a They take a bit longer to heat up, but once heated they hold their heat better than a wire tip and you will get better heat distribution. They are also much stronger than a plain wire tip. The 4mm heats up better than the 6 mm and will perform better on gourd & flat burning & is more nimble than the 6 mm. The 6mm size heats less and is better on softer woods such as tupelo used by carvers. I will not be stocking the 6mm but will special order at my price. Heavy duty cord is recommended. #RTF73.07 - Transfer/Shader 7mm Polished steel blade is great for general shading. It glides smoothly over the wood. The edge can be used for lines. Also excellent for heat transfer of photocopied patterns onto almost any surface such as wood, gourds, paper, etc. The pen can be swept sideways and will not drag on the wood as many traditional shaders can. #RTHD1SL - Small Long Skew The long version of the #1S tip is available only in heavy-duty. I have found this much more versatile and useful for gourd work than the 9G.17 Gourd Cutter. The small long Skew is ideal for cutting and detailing gourds. It is used and demonstrated in the book, "Complete Book of Gourd Carving". #RTHD9PL - Gourd Poker/Long Writer EXCLUSIVE This is a new tip Razertip made to my specifications. Very similar to the standard #9P, but with a longer tip (3/4"). This is a heavier gauge wire than the regular 9P to provide more stability going through the gourd or wood. This is great for making holes in gourds and wood but of course can be used for writing, pointillism and other things as well. I found this is a great tool to make holes for lacing, embellishments, inserting feathers into a gourd mask and so many other uses. It is easier to use than making sawdust with a drill and it works like a charm. It is also good for making delicate cuts in the gourds. Use this with a gentle sawing action. Ball StylusThese have become my most popular pen because of their versatility. All purpose writing tip for general purpose work. Straight lines, curves, tight curves, circles, writing, shading and pointillism (stippling). These tips retain heat well for consistent burning. Unlike the #9 writing tips, these ball stylus pens glide across the wood without grabbing it making it even better for writing and flowing lines. Be sure to use an HD cord for the larger sized ball tips (.023 and larger). Extra caution needs to be taken when using these tips, they stay hotter longer after they are unplugged. The larger sizes can stay hot for up to 5 minutes so please be extra cautious when using them. The larger sizes of the #99 series tips require a longer warm-up time and cool-down time than my other tips. Yes, the price is different than the other tips, it's not a mistake. |

#RTF99.008 - Ball Stylus .8 mm 1/32" Steel Ball Fused on the Tip End BEST SELLER Razertip worked with me to develop these pens and they have been adding more sizes as the need has developed. On these smaller versions the polished ball is fused onto the tip. These are the smallest ball tips available! The smaller ball stylus' are great for cursive writing, lines, burning on tagua nuts and other miniatures and a multitude of other uses. Pyrography Pen Holder
Nedra had been asking Alan to make her a pen holder to organize her wood burning pens for quite some time. Together they tested out several designs until they came up with just the right design that was efficient, didn't take up much space and easy to see the pens!
The holder accommodates up to 10 pens in their plastic storage tube. They are hand made by Alan out of solid wood (maple, birch and cherry) and sealed with a protective finish.
