SPECIAL NOTICE:

We will be leaving for the MS & TX Gourd Festivals on 9/12. 

Orders received by 9/10 will ship the next day.

Orders received after 9/10 will ship as quickly as possible while we are traveling, but usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt of the order.

Customer Privacy

Sawdust Connection does not sell, give away or exchange any personal information about any of its customers.

We will never sell our customer's information such as addresses, phone numbers, email address to mailing lists. 

Any personal information that you entrust to us such as your name, address, phone number, credit card information, preferences, or purchases -- is considered confidential and treated as such. 

If you order directly online your transaction is handled by Pay Pal.  It is a secure network and your information is safe. If you use a credit card the information is not passed on to the seller.

All handwritten notes regarding any aspect of your phone call, fax or mail is shredded when no longer needed to process your purchase. Information relevant to orders and catalog requests is kept in our computer and back-up information is kept in our file cabinets.

Online Security

All on line transactions are handled by Pay Pal using secure servers. If you are uncomfortable with purchasing our merchandise online, feel free to use our convenient mail-order form.  You can also email us your order.  We will email you the invoice and you can send payment. 

If you use a credit card to pay for your online -korder the transaction is kept confidential between you and Pay Pal and it is a secure transaction.  Your information is safe and even the sellers, in this case us, do not receive your credit card information.  So you can feel confident that your credit card number and other information is kept confidential.
